A month ago i was trying the FM radio. As you know, in order to listen the radio you need to use hearphone. I've plugged in the hearphone, and i was happy listening to the radio. Then i unplugged the hearphone and i've noticed i didn't received any sound notification at all (no sound for incoming call, messages, music...). I've restarted the phone, nothing changed. I've tryed soft-reset and hard-reset, nothing changed. Further, if i receive a call and i activate the speakerphone, i can't hear anything, and the microphone doesn't record at all...
The phone is in good condition: no drops or shocks experience.
I've red some thread, and the problem might be the flex audio module, related to some buttons not being released when the jack came out: so i've tryed to plug and unplug the hearphone several times, but nothing changed. I ordered the module on ebay, and i've changed it: unfortunately the problem is unsolved. WTH
When i opened the phone i've noticed a strange thing, as you can see in the attached images. The flex audio module is in contact with these pins. You can see three pins out of five are not aligned with the others. These pins are not fixed, they can move up and down. Maybe they are the cause of the problems...
I would like to know if it's normal this behaviur (moving pins), and if you have any other suggestions i can try to resolve the audio problem.
I prefer to not send the phone to nokia care, because it's my only phone and i have no idea how much time it could be take away....
Thanks in advance.
