Lumia 920 error code 0x80131500

My update to 8.1 was interrupted so my phone is basically a brick. I'm trying to restore it but when I use Nokia Software Recovery Tool to erase and install a fresh OS I get the error code 0x80131500. If I open Nokia Care Suite, it detects it as a product in flash mode and I can't do anything.
