Lumia 920 or 8x

All I can say is I love having options. Ability to choose. I'm sure you'll be happy either way. I think I've made about 6 converts to WP in the last few days.

I'm actually surprised that a Titan owner is considering an HTC phone again.

I actually wrote a post at this forum and said I would never get a HTC again. My screen digitizer is damaged, camera button don't work, sometimes the screen don't work after unlocking it and I gotta wait 2-3 seconds after answering a call before they can hear me.

Anyway, I'm mostly putting up this discussion because there is only these two phones out there right now for WP8, so I couldn't overlook the 8x.

I think it just depends on where you live. Lumia 920 is quite handsome and also integrates some of their advanced techs. If you are a tech geek and live in the United States, I could say, it will be a better choice to chuse the Lumia. For price is no higher than Htc. But if you are in the Europe, a 8x is a bit cheaper and thinner. It offers somewhat identical wp8 experience.

I decided to go with the Lumia 920. Tho I didn't really get the colour I wanted, black was the only one they had in stock and I wanted the white. Hopefully I will be happy with it, I can't really say why I chose it over the 8x.

I recieved the Lumia today and just held it before going to work, I could definitely feel the weight of it. Probably it feels so heavy because it's a rather small device..

If they were both free, I'd go with the 920. But right now you can get an 8X from Best Buy for free with an upgrade or on contract, and the best deal I've seen on the 920 is $50. In that case, I'd go with the 8X.
