Try using that link (replace the color if necessary). It should work now.

I refreshed the upgrade page one more time and the preorder button now works.

I don't see the charging pad though.

You Won't be seeing the option for the charging pad because their supply is exhausted. If you were hoping to get in on the free promo then you are out of luck according to the support agent I spoke to this morning.

It was removed from the main page, but if you are a current customer, when you click the pre order button, you are given the choice of a new or existing customer. click upgrade, sign in to your page, click upgrade elibigility, you'll be presented with options to buy the iphone 5 but below it click all phones..you'll find the 920 listed with all colors and a statement saying a free charger for 99 dollars. Fine print shows the wireless charger available until orders placed sometime in january, and makes no mention of it being a limited quantity.

You might want to check your order status.

I ordered a white 920 yesterday around 1-2 pm and today my order status is "backordered" :dry

I'm going to check it one more time tomorrow morning and if it still says backordered, I'm going to the AT&T store to try my luck.
