Hi, I bought lumia 920 from US unlocked version in December 13. It was working fine until I upgraded to 8.1..... all of a sudden the touch screen didnt work......I tried soft reset, hard reset as mentioned in the thread but nothing worked. Finally I took into Nokia care and they said the problem with motherboard and it takes 8K to replace a new one......it is degraded to 8.0 and still not working.Any solution for this?
