Lumia 920 upgrade

Pls am finding it difficult to upgrade my Lumia 920 to windows 8.1.... Pls help me

Could you tell us what you have tried so far? What, if any, error messages do you see? Are you using mobile data or WiFi?

Am using mobile data.. ND d last time I used WiFi to update it, it doesn't bring anything like windows 8.1

Okay. Please check your extras+info and tell us which firmware you have (Amber/Black/Cyan/Denim).

What message you do see when you check for updates?

It didn't display may amber/black/cyan/denim, I can only see the firmware update notifiers numbers. ( 1.2.17.0)

In that case, what is your OS version? Check in settings > about.

What message do you get when you check for updates?

If nothing is working, your last resort will be to use a PC and the Windows Device Recovery Tool to install the latest firmware. Be warned that this method will erase all your personal data from the phone.
