I installed recovery tool and connect the mob and get a msg that there is an update for my device but personal content will be erased during installation !! What does it mean???

If you mean the nokia software recovery tool and you plugged in your phone with that program up, it means its going to install wp8 base image, like it was new from the factory, it will wipe your phone.
