Not sure if this is problem with only the Lumia 925 or not, but it seems like the phone never stores the password and I have to re-enter it almost every time I tap the Exchange Tile, and the notifications on it are not updated most of the time, I'm curious to know if this is an issue with you guys as well? I'm not sure either if we are using Exchange 2010 or 2003 still my guess is 2010...

I have the same problem on other windows phones - we use exchange 2003. Only happens when I have poor reception. Which is most of the time when I am at home!!

Log a call with your helldesk. WP use ActiveSync to sync you Exchange mail just like 99% of other phones. If the problem is isolated to WP phones it could be a device policy that incompatible, just guessing here though.

We have Exchange 2010 at work, and I haven't had any problems. Like Memitim said, could be a configuration issue on the server side, regarding ActiveSync policies connected devices are required to comply with.

Hi,

are you still having these issues? Had something similar with by BB Q10, as per internet it was a configuration issue of the exchange server which I sadly could not touch. Le me know if this has been solved for you.

Thanks, TK

It is, and same here, no where near the Exchange server... and I've been told we are running 2003 still but will be migrated to 2010 soon... I'm hoping that fixes the problem

ugh Exchange 2003 /cringe

Tell them they should go to 2013, I've done quiet a few migrations to 2013 from various other versions of Exchange recently, we're pushing all of our clients to migrate ASAP.

2010 feels really old when compared to 2013
