Lumia 925 Blue Screen and Sad Face

After a year and a half my Lumia 925 bit the dust. Has anyone else seen the blue screen and sad face? It is pretty heart wrenching. T-Mobile is sending me an overnight replacement. Man having no phone really drives me nuts!

Yes, I had that before too. But let my phone completely drain, charged and it booted. Maybe I was using Nokia Software Recovery tool when it happened.
