Lumia 925 Bluetooth connection problems with 2011 BMW 328i

I have a Lumia 925 and 2011 BMW 328i. The Bluetooth is paired to the car but keeps disconnecting by itself. For example in the middle of a call it continually switches between the phone and the car speakers.

I have deleted the paired phone, restarted and paired it back again but the problem persists.

Any ideas? I am out of options.

You'd have to check with BMW for firmware updates for the car Bluetooth.

I was at BMW today and they took a look. They found no issue with the cars Bluetooth. They were able to successfully pair a HTC 8x (and it stayed paired through a few calls) while I was there. Are there firmware updates specific to individual phone models?

I had some issues with my 2011 Mustang. Since I've updated to GDR3, it's worked great.

what issues did you have? I have a 2010 Mustang and haven't had any issues.

update the phone with "NOKIA LUMIA BLACK UPDATE"(GDR 3available for all in 2 or 3 weeks) all issues are fixed by Microsoft and Nokia.
