Lumia 925 - can't recover
I am the proud owner of a Lumia 925 on WP8.1 denim and before that a Lumia 800. A few days ago my phone start misbehaving, apps crashing to start screen etc, then the flight mode symbol came on and most apps fail to start. Note, it still boots but won't connect to network or wifi. I have reset before on occasion in the past so didn't expect a problem but I am unable to hard reset my phone either from the about menu, through the key press or even from the recovery tool 2.1.2 on Windows 10. It gets to the 'flashing' stage and then I receive the error "operation ended with failure". Any ideas? Please help. I love my 925 and it is still in contract. Matt
