Lumia 925 Picture Problem

Hi, i want to ask about lumia 925 picture.

When i shot a pic and there are some light or lamp, the picture get light stripe on it.

I want to ask, it is software problem or hardware problem? all pic i take have this stripe if there are light bulb.

I am facing the same issue with my 920 lately after the Amber update !!!
One thing I was told was to wipe the lens with cloth before taking pics. It mitigated the issue slightly but not totally. I am seeing this issue lately , earleir my cam was doing good job all the time.

Yea that looks like a dirty lens. You can only get light to "stretch" when its dirty, or humid. Maybe behind lens?
