Lumia 925 - Stucked at updating, nothing is happening

So..

Dont tell me I am one of the lucky ones who are screwed now. How much the install takes? Its been 20 minutes and the loading bar is not moving, cogs are still spining. What should I do if it doesnt move? Should i turn it on and use recovery tool?

It showed me 2 incorrect tries and now it freezed cant turn it on..

now it doesnt react to my touch. Showing glance screen or pin screen. Cant touch anything or turn it off.. lol

WTF. I tried Lumia Recovery tool and it cant install !! It shows some error, the phone is not responding. It freezed on glance screen and cant even install 8.0.. What do I do ???

I thought there is a 0,0001% chance that I break my phone but wtf?

There's lots of threads on the SIM lock issue (tbh, it maybe caught them out - I've not known anyone use a SIM lock for at least 10 years - maybe they don't either).

Don't use Nokia Recovery tool its messed up that is no the "go to" solution...HARD RESET!

I hard reset but after I used Lumia recovery tool, there was just a Nokia sign so it seemed there is no OS in the phone. Then I tried to install and it went okay. Phew. Ill wait a few more rounds before going into W10 again. That wasnt a good experience
