Nope. No Upgrade Advisore for dual core SoC phones. Sorry.

There are conflicting reports whether or not Insider is still working for legacy hardware to bring you W10M Threshold branch. Give it a try and select Release Ring. When you get to the screen that says what Ring you are getting (after the Terms of Service) WAIT about 1 minute before clicking the check mark to accept. For some odd reason this seems to be a necessary pause.
