Lumia 928 had Windows 10 installed. Having big problems trying to go back to 8.1.

Unfortunately, neither of my email (hotmail or corp MSFT mail/Exchange) would work with Windows 10 - very buggy. I am trying to go back to Windows 8.1 to reduce the bugs and actually be able to use my phone.

I have tried so many different options - factory reset, different servers, domains, with no luck. If someone from MSFT is reading this, please respond and I can give you my info privately.
