I use blackberry q10 as my daily driver, and lumia 930 as secondary (camera mostly) device. Yesterday my q10 display broke down, so I switched my SIM to my Lumia (perfectly fine phone before that) and my mic used for calling started glitching. Most of the times when I call someone or get called, they cant hear me, some times they hear my 1st word, and just one time in like 50-60 I was able to make full conversation.
I checked if there is dust in the mic, teared the whole thing apart cleaned it up, and got it back together, but the problem remained. Since there was no physical inpact I guess it is softwere issue, however hard reset, nor soft reset works.
I need help dealing with this problem, any suggestion is welcome,
