Lumia 930 design

I find Lumia 930 design the best, that a Lumia smartphone has ever created. But I have read numerous threads, about the heat issue, which I myself have experienced, specially while browsing using mobile data. The heat is not even, it is usually remains at the bottom right corner. Now couple of months ago, I read a thread in this forum, that the heat issue is because of the design. My question is Lumia 930 having the best design in Lumia, is it a design flaw, that has resulted in heat?

5 years ago when iPhone 4 was released. It had an amazing design. But, it had a design flaw, that resulted in the DEATH GRIP issue. Did MS also hurriedly created an amazing design, but with this flaw?
