Again your question is not clear. I have a 930 and no problems at all with the microphone. In some cases they had to replace the microphone and then the problem they had was gone others only needed to reset the phone.
But on your question no answer is possible. And yes some people had problems with the second microphone but lots of people do not have this problem.

I understand why you ask, (and it is no problem you ask) but there was no recall action from MS about this issue or even a word from MS "admitting" an issue. Furthermore we do not know if this is "build date" related. So in that sense it is "not" solved. (see also the active posts) So if you buy one be sure you get warranty.

Yes one year manufacture warranty, hope i get a proper piece with no issue
