Lumia 930 to iPhone help

My friend has a Lumia 930 - Windows Phone 8.1. The screen is completely cracked from dropping it and a friend bought her an iPhone 5s which she had previously and liked. The problem is trying to figure out how to transfer all of her Contacts, Calendars, Notes, etc to the iPhone.

Does anyone have a foolproof way of doing this for free please:

I don't know about Notes, unless these are OneNote notes. Contacts and Calendar are no problem though.
