Lumia 930 unable to install windows insider

[Windows Central Question]

I have Lumia 930. Whenever I am trying to update to windows 1o through windows insider I am getting this message "A connection error prevented us from downloading programs for you. Please check the date/time on your device and its network conneciton and try again.". All my connections are fine and date/time on the phone is perfect. I have at least installed software 10 times. Still the same problem.
