When I'm in the same WLAN with a VPN server then the VPN connection succeeds promptly and flawlessly, L2TP.
When I try to open a VPN connection from somewhere (another WLAN, cellular) it fails all the time.
If I try to open a VPN connection with my iPad, same server and same settings, I have no problem whatsoever. I can connect to the VPN server from the same WLAN, other WLAN, cellular network and through ADSL.
How I could get my Lumia 930 act in the same way?
