Lumia 950/950 xl... 8.1 possible?

I don't think 950/xl can run wp8.1 correctly due to the lack of hardware drivers. besides, wp8.1 don't have continuum. if you just want a flagship running wp8.1 and you don't need continuum, try bidding a 930 in ebay or amazon will be a more reasonable choice.

You've just read my mind with your comment... I have upgraded an Lumia 640 to Win10 and then I notice how bad Win10 is on a phone... I have downgraded back to Win8...

Win 10 on the phone is a disaster, they tried to copy the droid look&feel and destroy all that was good in Windows 8...

I'm running into too many issues with Windows Phone 10 on my Lumia 950.
Driving mode interrupting me incessantly no matter what settings. My Plantronix Voyager Pro Bluetooth now mutes me every time a call comes in now. If you delete SMS conversations they keep returning. Contacts keep disappearing for no reason from my work email, my MS Account as well. The phone crashes when receiving calls randomly. Or just randomly crashes in my pocket. I'm finding Windows Phone 10 better suited to something like a car stereo than a mobile phone. I can't do business with it anymore. I honestly have no other conclusion than the fact the developers do not use Windows Phone 10 or the Lumia 950 as their daily driver at all. The performance is just too bad. I wish I could put 8.1 on the Lumia 950. Instead, I'm buying a Galaxy Edge phone and just put the Lumia on a shelf. I already had to move a CEO over to an iPhone because of the incessant hassles using WP10. He was happy with the Lumia 920 and 8.1 as was I.:eck:
