Lumia 950 can't add Bluetooth device

I cracked the screen on my 950 so I picked up a new chassis on eBay and swapped all the guts myself. Everything seems okay except for adding new Bluetooth devices. When I tap add, the screen goes black and then comes back to the main Bluetooth and other devices screen. I can connect to Bluetooth devices that were already added before surgery and everything functions as expected.

Any help would be appreciated since if I can't add at least the Bluetooth in my car the phone is worthless to me.

No idea on that one at all if related to the transplant. Did have an issues similar to that though with a 950 and Bluetooth. Ended up using the Device Recovery Tool to restore the device to a factory radio and rom, then bring it back to the current build to fix it. If not... PM have a 950 Dual SIM for sale on Swappa.
