Check this thread, I went through replacement as well. I ordered official Microsoft replacement from fonejoy.com. If you have some experience working with small electronics, it's do-able yourself.

thanks for info. I've dropped my phone on concrete twice before but the third time did it in. I'm not able to find the 950xl on ebay for any reasonable price so i'm sending it in to PALCO tech for $200. i'd prefer to fix it myself like I do for my kids lumia 640 but oh well. wish me luck.

How is your Ms Lumia 950xl ? did you fix it , how much does it cost you , is it looks like before ? i m also looking to buy used ms Lumia 950 XL , i don't know where to find cheap one. I am in Sri Lanka very difficult to find used phone here
