Lumia 950: Incoming calls from similar numbers shown as same contact name

I have 2 contacts with very similar phone numbers. For example:
Person1: 031 111 111
Person2: 041 111 111
When I get the call from Person2, my phone displays the name of Person1. When Person1 is calling me, the displayed name is OK.
So, I assume that the system is checking the phone numbers from right to left and because the numbers are very similar from the end it links the number with the first person on my contact list.
I've notice this problem since the last updates.
Can anyone help me with this issue because it's getting very annoying.

you're sure that the contacts are not linked in the people app?

This issue was seen several months ago, last year in fact but a people app update resolved it
