Lumia 950 Microphone is broken

In the past few days I have noticed that my microphone on Lumia 950 has been very unresponsive and only picks up very loud noises. When I'm on the phone the other person can barley hear me. I tried some voice recordings to confirm my suspicion and the same thing occurred. I assume that its hardware related and needs to be sent in but is anyone else having this problem?

Download and install on your PC - Lumia Phone Test Application 6.0.9 - just test your microphone, they are only four.
Three microphones are on the motherborad and one is a part of front camera flex.
