Lumia 950 missing FM radio?

On the Microsoft website there's no mention of FM radio in specifications of 950. But 950 XL has it. Maybe mistake? I can't believe 950 will be without it. Even 535 and 640 has it.

The Lumia 950XL also seem to have:

Gorilla glass 4 (the 950 Gorilla Glass 3?)
Liquid cooling (the 950 don't?)

Can anyone confirm all these differences or maybe know if there is more?

The Lumia 950XL only has liquid cooling because of the notorious heating Snapdragon 810 chip, not Lumia regular 950 which has Snapdragon 808 processor, confirmed by the pocketnow hands on video, url: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-1rSzRsdsBU . And the Windows central article has confirmed that Lumia 950 has Gorilla glass 3 whereas Lumia 950XL has Gorilla Glass 4. And, the Lumia 950 has PMA and Qi wireless charging, whereas Lumia 950XL has only Qi charging.

What I understand gorilla glass 4 will survive a drop better, gorilla glass 3 will better survive scratches.

Hmm, GSM arena, says it does... also ign seems to think the 950 also has it . Plus neither article has been corrected....looks like we're going to have to wait until the reviews come out.

Mentioned by Dan in his AMA thread. The native FM Radio app appeared to be missing but he got a signal using a 3rd party app.

Just to confirm what others have stated. The fm app is missing on the phone but the hardware is there and it works. Just need to download a fm radio app.

FYI, the FM radio built-in app is not missing on the 950XL.

We discussed this a few days ago. It seems the problem is a restore issue as near as we could tell. My 950 has it, whereas others didn't. Search the 950 forum for the other thread.

I wondered the same thing (no FM Radio app) after having the 950 powered up for the first time and thumbing through all the default apps. I certainly hope it appears soon as I used it occasionally on ALL my previous Lumia's. Guess I'll have to keep my Zune HD 32 around a bit longer .

certain Brazilian variants had a DTV tuner built in. not sure if the 950 is on that list

It has the capability, the problem is the FM Radio app from Microsoft is missing.

You can download a 3rd app, that's what I did and the FM radio works fine.

Actually, I think the app is installed, but silently. I downloaded a third-party app, and closed it. I went to pause the playback by pushing the volume, and then pause. I also clicked on the frequency displayed there, and it brought me to the FM Radio app from 8.1. I know it's the same from not only the looks, but the fact that it has my saved stations. Not in my app list, but there.

According to a Microsoft UK Store, including the sales agent the UK/Europe variant at least has Gorilla Glass 4 as well as a FM radio, also it says it has an OLED display as opposed to an AMOLED one.
