Lumia 950 not focusing

Few days ago, camera is unable to focus anything further than couple of inches. Sometimes there is a cracking sound as it tries to focus, and in very few situations it succeeds. Photos are ver blurry. The problem is not with Windows Camera Aop, because i downloaded other app, and result is the same.

One more thing, my coleague has the same issue, with same phone.

it really looks like a hardware issue, send them back for check up or replacement
