Lumia 950 random shutdowns.

My Lumia 950 keeps shutting down randomly 5-8 times a day.. I'm on the latest production build.

I would do a backup and then use WDRT to restore the phone to factory default and upgrade the OS as many times until there are no more upgrades (without restoring the back) and then restore the backup when on the latest OS.

If it still crashes, will be a hardware issue so contact Microsoft to RMA.

Try a new battery. I wasted time resetting my phone to try to fix random reboots when the problem was the battery all along.

I had this same issue and it was fixed by a new battery, but it's less than two months later and I'm having the same exact issue again...
