Hey should I put the Windows Insider on my new Lumia 950 for AT&T or wait till the official release because my phone is very buggy and is not running that good?? Thanks!

Well, i'd recommend you to do so. I assume you have .29 build or lower installed?
My experience is significantly improved with the latest, .63 build, on my L640.
So yes, you should go for it if you can't wait any longer. 'Cause i don't see official release anywhere on the horizon. MS has been, as people in my country often say, selling us fog.
