Lumia 950 won't receive texts when LTE is on

Hi! I'm hoping someone more experienced than me can help me solve this, but today it seems like my new Lumia 950 doesn't receive texts anymore when LTE is turned on. In order for me to receive stuff, I have to turn on 4G or 2G. I can send texts, receive and make phone calls, and also send and receive MMS fine, it's just that one thing. I'm with T-Mobile, and so I'm assuming the problem stems from them, but I was wondering if anyone knew of a fix because T-Mobile customer support doesn't look too promising. Thanks!
