Lumia 950 XL Support and escaltion process in Singapore

I have Lumia 950 XL bought 8 months back and Mobile stop working. I am based in Singapore MS doesn't have any authorized service center in Singapore. MS gave support for Mobile device and X-BOX to 3rd party in Singapore. The company called "axisplus", i brought my device to them and they logged the case with MS directly and told me with in 2 weeks i will get replacement with in 2 weeks. Now its 4 weeks already and "axisplus" do not have any update , they only says they logged the case with MS and hope they will get the update.

May i know how i can escalate this to MS directly , any email id or contact # etc? Really appreciate the help.
