For gmail, there is the default outlook mail app which can also sync gmail accounts
Youtube - many have recommended metrotube or other similar apps
Extending office 365 to other devices, not sure what you mean by that.

2. How to extend Office 365 license to other devices

I believe if you have other un-used 365 licenses' available, you will find them in your MS Acconut, under "Services & Subscriptions" tab.
