Lumia 950XL no sound out of bottom speaker?

I have now had two 950 XL phones. Neither have provided any sound out of the bottom speaker. Ideas?

The Lumia 950 just has one speaker, it's near the top of the phone, by the camera sensor and flash. There is only a microphone array on the bottom of the phone.

Seriously, if the vendor replaced the 950/xl based on no sound coming out of the microphone... LMFAO
