Lumia and Sennheiser cx3.00

I always had cheap earphones but I thought it was time for sound that didn't sound like it was made by an conservation can. I came along Sennheiser cx3.00 which are rated really high on the whole internet.

I have two questions:
1: Does anyone have experience with them and how are they (I come from ?10 - ?15 earphones so I don't expect the perfect sound, but for ?45 I want GOOD quality. Does the plug break easy, same for the cable?

2: Do they work with my Lumia 630? I had some earphones before that just wouldn't work, the phone didn't recognize them (they all had 3 rings on the plug, these Sennheiser not, but want to be sure) and ?45 is painfull money if the don't work with my phone.

I use sennheiser hd25 on my Lumia 930 and no problems so they should work ok. Sorry can't help with the other questions. Maybe worth having a look at some headphone amps to use with it to improve quality

As far as I can see they have the same plug and all Lumia's appear to have they same connector, so that shouldn't be a problem (I hope).

I've edited your title as well since the question is more general in application than just the Lumia 630 you mention...
