Lumia camera for L830

Hello. I've just bought new Lumia 830 so I was wondering when new camera app with 4K recording will be out and will all features be available on this phone? Greetings

Unfortunately 4k video is limited to 930/1520 since only they have the snaprdragon 800 processor which support 4k recording. 830 uses snapdragon 400 which can't record 4k..
830 will get moment capute and hdr I guess.

It should since MS when they launched the Lumia 830 they were talking about this phone with the new Lumia Camera app with those features. Also, it was reported on multiple websites and Microsoft details that the 830 would have all those features except instead of having the 4K video recording with 8MP pictures per frame, it would be 720P recording with 2MP pictures per frame.

This is the not so fun part. It depends on your carrier. For example, my carrier is Bell and I bought the Lumia 830 with "Denim" on it but I don't have the final "Denim" update that was pushed to some phones in the last couple of days/weeks. So now I'm stuck with a not final "Denim" update and waiting for my carrier to send this update via OTA. Then once we have that version, I think that we will automatically receive a notification that Lumia Camera app needs to be updated!

I'm kinda tired of waiting for the 830 update ( if that's what it needs) for Lumia Camera we all tricked the store to get, to work properly. I'm also wondering why we have so many threads about the Lumia Camera for the 830 ? How many does this make 6? 20 ? :wink: Do we really need another...
