Lumia Camera recording disturbance sounds in videos on Lumia 1020 64GB

[Windows Central Question]

Lumia 1020 64GB records videos perfectly (with sound) on Microsoft camera app but when I try to use the Lumia Camera App for videos, it records loads of disturbance sounds with a very very low real sound in the background.

I have done the following things to try and fix the issue:

Factory reset many times without any success.
I installed a lower firmware using the microsoft utility (8.10.12393.890) - No Success
Then Upgraded it to 8.10.14226.359 over wifi. - No Success

Please Help!

Lumia camera is obsolete and also wp 8;.1 . As in your case i suggest using the stock camera app as clearly it is an software issue with the lumia camera app.

My other Lumia 1020 on same firmware works just fine with Lumia Camera. Lumia camera maybe outdated but is still far advanced and user friendly than the Stock Camera app. For me the 2 must have basic features of the Lumia Camera app are:
1) Single finger Zoom in and out
2) Zoom In & Out while recording a video.

I would really appreciate for any suggestions.
