Lumia cyan for preview for developers users

Have Anyone Nokia Lumia 620 preview for developer user in India? Please reply have you received the Lumia cyan update?

I'm 820 user from India and I'm on developer preview with update 1. I got cyan with Today's update.

So on ATT, LUMIA 920, after the update that went live today it says I have Lumia Cyan. But I'm not seeing some of the options that looked to be a part of Cyan (like the display brightness and so on).

You wont because those features are not available for older phones.

Received 8.10.14176.243 today. Lumia 620 from Vodafone Portugal, now unlocked.
