I don't know other models but I am using Lumia 620 pfd with lumia cyan my phone show your phone is up to date and my friends Lumia 620 pfd show your phone is up to date. I can't receive any updates. But MS say Lumia 620 already receive Lumia denim.

​Try unchecking from PFD and check for updates again.

Turn off PFD, and you'll get updates.

I both enable and disable preview for developers but I can't receive Lumia denim update. And my extras+info app full up to date but I can't receive any Lumia denim update.
anyone receive Lumia denim in India????

Same problem, PFD on or off, no update is available

if i turn off the pfd then my extras+info show denim if its on it shows cyan but the thing is it never downloaded the new firmware.

Got the Denim, update the camera app, probably that ll do.
