My wife killed her L1020 the following is from a chest high drop on to a tile floor.





She drops it about 10 times a week it just landed wrong this time. Every time she drops it I yell "drop and roll Lumia drop and roll!" she flips me off...lol

Ouch...I drop my 620 at least once a day - and I've been saved more than once by the fact that I keep it charging.

Then again, curved glass does wonders to the fragility of a phone, yes?

Sounds like she needs a double otterbox.and a lanyard.

I lost it when you said "drop and roll Lumia drop and roll!" but I feel sorry for the 1020 will it be getting a new screen or will it be cremated as a proper funeral :wink:

Sounds like she needs a double otterbox.and a lanyard.

I think a single Otterbox should be sufficient. Otterboxes are sturdy. I really like them.

Otterbox is nice yes but the 1020 version is just too fat
