Lumia Help and Tips... "You're not online?"

This app went through an update a few days ago that did not successfully complete on my phone (L950XL). Now I cannot find where to continue updating this app. In it's current state, the only tab that works is the User Guide. All other tabs (News, Tips, FAQ, Videos) state that I'm not online and that I may read the user guide OR get connected and enjoy the full Lumia Help and Tips.

However, I AM ONLINE! And I've tried both Wifi and my own mobile data connections, but still get the message from the app saying I'm not online.

What's the deal???

Well, no per se, but that's not the point. It's an app that came with the phone, hence it should work properly.
