Lumia Icon and TrueCaller

Hi,

Anybody managed to get truecaller working in the icon as caller ID?
I have been chatting with the support and looks like they don't know about the problem

Known issue. I tried, too. Apparently conflicts with a paid service from Verizon, so it's functionality blocked. I immediately uninstalled after learning this.

that last image.... caller id identify.... I try to turn it on and it tells me to download another app in the store that is not available. This doesn't seem to be working for me.

It is working for me. It turns on automatically when I open the application for the first time and ask OS authorization.. I added the snapshots...

The truecaller doesn't do the same and the caller id stays gray out
