Lumia Icon speech/microphone, where is the icon?

Lumia Icon speech/microphone

I am on whatever the latest windows insider Fast Ring for W10 is...

I no longer can use speech. I don't have the mic icon. Speech and mic is turned on in settings.

any ideas?
