Lumia Icon working great on AT&T

Hi all - well, i shattered my Lumia 950 screen, and had to send it in for repairs. I am now an AT&T user, and debated buying a cheap Lumia 640 to hold me over until my 950 was fixed..........I decided to try and insert my AT&T sim into my old Icon and see if it would work. What do you know - its working perfectly on H, and H+ in NYC. I am not 100% sure what the H, and H+ are, i assume its 3g and 4g, and not full LTE, but still, its working with no issues. I didnt have to download any apps, or install, or change any settings. It just worked, sms, mms, voicemail, etc. I have no issues - its running W8.1 (oh man, do i miss W10Mobile). The UWP apps are light years better than anything that was on 8.1. Dont get me wrong, 8.1 is a bit smoother, with less bugs, but pretty much everything is better on 10M.

The ICON runs great on the latest Windows Insider update. A new release was made available this morning for fast ring insiders. I would make sure you have a backup and give it a try. I ran WM 10 on my ICON until I moved up to the 1520.
