Lumia offers app (Australia)

So i have been out and got myself the new Lumia 950XL and i noticed an app called Lumia Offers but eveytime i go on it, it has no offers

Has this been the same for everyone else?

Clicked on the app and theres an offer up for grabs post it up here so we dont miss out.
