Lumia ReFocus, No Focus ?

These are the steps I take when using Lumia Refocus, yet the entire image is always in focus ?

1. Take the Picture
2. Click on part of the image you want to make in focus, the rest of the image should go out of focus, correct ?

Surly not my 1520 is there hardware limitations !

there is no way it can be that.

umm, you did toggle all in focus?

I just tried with my 930 on denim and my 925 on Cyan + pfd.
Both worked.
(but you need nearby and fare away objects in your picture)

I toggled all in focus numerous times. I tried both being nearby and far away from objects ?
