Lumia seems freeplay cant save on cloud help!

Windows Central Question

I'm using a windows phone and before I was able to play sims free play and save data on cloud now its saying check games hub and make sure I'm signed in. I'm signed on games hub and my wifi is on working very well but I still can't save also when I try to use Xbox extras it says check internet connection or check date and time and account details everything is correct my date&time and acc.details and wifi is fast. Please help! 😁. Does anyone know what is wrong or what I can do.
