Make a prepaid phone

I have a windows phone made by Samsung and is a version phone! Can I buy a prepaid card and use it?

Yes, you can use a prepaid card with any phone as the prepaid cards are used to top up the sim card. Which your phone uses to make calls.

You'll have to buy a Verizon prepaid sim though.
