Make Cortana use metric system?

Make Cortana use metric system

Is there a way to make Cortana use metric system by default? Temperatures in Fahrenheit and distance in Mile doesn't make much sense where I am.

The temperature unit can be changed to C or F in Cortana > Notebook > Weather. No distance unit options in Notebook > Getting Around. It may be dependent on regional setting, which many set to US to get to use Cortana. I was told in grade 1 the US was going metric...pffft, heh, still waiting.

Never occurred to me that regional setting can have a connection with this. Time to check it out.
