Malware or virus attack on Lumia

Got a message that ur device infected by virus or malware when i entered the site Lumia conversions Microsoft.com...Incapsula named thing gave the report.. Is my Lumia really infected ? I heard that malware and virus not affect wp... Pls help....

Sounds like just a random advertising pop-up message. If your phone is actually infected with a virus, I must be a millionaire!

WP is indeed very secure and currently doesn't have any viruses or malware. Incapsula is a CDN/security system for websites. It looks like that someone else's device on your network is infected.

How comes someone's device I am using net using sim Data plan... In carrier network there is no chance.. If WiFi ok...

Maybe your carrier is using shared IP addresses.

Sometimes AV and scanner programs give false positives... Meaning it THINKS you have a virus, but you don't really. A process or program that does something good may look too aggressive to the AV scan.

Clear out your Browser cache and cookies. Try the site again.
